4/19 Find LUKI at Collab Fest!

Once again we're excited to be a part of the Colorado Brewers Guild annual Collaboration Fest! Although these beers will eventually be available in our taproom, come to the festival and talk to the brewers about their inspiration!

Rising Sun Rice Lager
w/Public Offering Brewing Company
Inspired to do a light lager for the summer season, we landed on a rice lager and wanted to lean into some typical Japanese flavors and ingredients without going overboard. So we added ginger and lemongrass hot side, fermented with a Sake lager strain and added Yuzu fruit for a touch of citrus. We tried our best to preserve the delicate nature of a rice lager while lightly highlighting the ginger, lemongrass and yuzu flavors

Biscuit Topper
w/6&40 Brewing Company and Lariat Lodge Brewing Company
This three-brewery collaboration is like a family reunion: brewers who worked with or for one another over the years plus another few who joined the industry and used to shop at Tom’s Brew Shop in Lakewood. Biscuit Topper Hot Honey Wheat is the beer we’d pour at a family-style dinner with fried chicken, biscuits, gravy, collard greens, and fried okra.
