Served the classic Cologne way, your glass of Calliope Kölsch arrives in a 6.7oz "stange" glass, ensuring peak freshness from first pour to last drop.  No need to flag down our staff or get in line - our team keeps the beer flowing, replacing your empty glass with a fresh one before you even have to ask. Each round is tracked right on your coaster, making for a seamless, hassle-free experience. All done? Just place your coaster on top of your glass to signal you're done and we'll get you squared away.  No waiting, no warm beer, just the perfect pour every time.  Come check it out Friday... and we might just make this a monthly event!

Enough marketing-speak! How does this really work?

1. Come by the taproom, have your ID checked and request Kölsch Service.  

2. We'll start a tab, pour your first glass at the bar, and give you a special coaster to tally your refills. Pours are in a 6.7oz Stange glass for $3.25/each. 

3. Sit anywhere you'd like inside the taproom, so our team can find you.

4. Our staff will be carrying around trays with fresh beer, bringing you a new pour when they see an empty one.  Warning: This will continue without you needing to ask! 

5. Each refill is recording by our team by marking a tally on the special coaster. This is essentially your tab.

6. Are you all done? Just place your coaster on top of the empty glass.  This is a signal for us to stop refilling and tally up the tab and close you out for the night! 

Running off or lose your coaster? We'll be charging you for the maximum 12 fills.
